How do you pass through difficulties in life?
One step at a time. If you can remember any difficulty in your past, you know that you made through then, so any current difficulty is no different. My mantra is “this too shall pass.” Be patient with yourself and others. Be aware of the pain. When the fog lifts a bit, take action. Do everything you can to find solutions where there are some and take a deep breath and accept that sometimes there are no good solutions, and remind yourself that this too shall pass.

How do you boost your mood daily?
I think of people I love and remember that they’re counting on me to be a positive part of their lives. That way I don’t indulge very long in keeping a down mood.
When feeling depressed, how do you cheer up yourself?
Same answer to the one above and I’d also add: I know that everyone has their own set of problems and difficult things in their lives to deal with. If I’m depressed it will add to the problems of people I care about. How can I do that and say that I love them?

Who is the most positive person in your life? And Why?
John my first born son is an entrepreneur in every cell in his body (John Valenty CEO at www.wellness.com). Entrepreneur’s are the biggest risk takers on the planet which of course means high, highs and low, lows. Even at the lowest of lows he remains positive, generous, forward thinking and upliftingly spiritual. He’s a joy to be around, always.
